Eat Pure Mountain Market is Golden's source for organic food and lifestyle products. We have a full-service grocery store, refillary and organic café.

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated grocery team member who is passionate about leaving a positive and lasting impression on customers. Our Team Members are excited about local and organic food and interested in continued learning about health and nutrition. Your role is to guide customers through their purchase, assist with any last-minute questions or product selections, and keep our store well-stocked and looking its best. You are a trusted member of the overall team and are responsible for handling payments and transactions with great accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Superior Customer Service: Give a warm “hello!” to our customers as they enter the store. We are known for the welcoming atmosphere we create for our new and regular customers by providing friendly consistent customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers with any questions they may have about products. Call on the specific department team member for help if needed.
• Communicate unique store elements: Let people know about our membership's awesome incentives and free smoothie cards. Communicate the benefits of our produce box, meat box and compost programs.
• Proficiently complete customer purchases: Ring through products for the customer, place them in their bag/box and process payments to complete the transaction. Send our customers off with a “Thanks for coming in!” as they exit the store.
• Merchandising Store: Restock shelves and keep our store looking its best!
• Receive and unpack orders: Check arrivals against invoices, unpack, apply FIFO pratctices.
• Re-package bulk items: Refer to priority list, package items according to weights, label appropriately.
• Refer to daily/weekly cleaning lists: Keep the store neat, tidy, and clean with daily cleaning tasks.
• Prioritize daily tasks: Manage time wisely between tills, orders, stocking, and packaging with your fellow on-shift team member.
• Cash Management: Cash-out tills, record sales and manage cash.
• Keep Current on Store Changes: Utilize our communication ap, CREW to keep up to date on what’s happening while off shift.
• Professional Development: Learn about new products and featured products through webinars, our newsletter, department managers, and your team members.
