IntercomLux Security in partnership with ENSO EVENT CENTRE is currently looking to add a professional, and reliable Security Guard to our nightclubs/lounge/events security division. This position will be located at one of the most prestigious Nightclub & Event Spaces in Western Canada, servicing high-end clientele.

Location: Vancouver / Downtown

Job Type: Friday & Saturday Nights / Overnight Shifts

Requirements:
Experience as a Security Guard minimum 2-3 years.
Experience working in a nightlife environment with a nightlife establishment.
Basic Security Training (BST) license.
Military or Law Enforcement Experienced preferred.
Clean Criminal Background.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 Years of Customer Service Experience.
All candidates must possess a clean driving record & BC driver's license.

• Preference will be given to candidates that possess nightlife security experience*

Additional Assets:
Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OAF 1)
ProTect Security Staff Training

Scope of Work will include but not limited to:
Examining IDs to ensure age eligibility for guests
Conduct bag checks and thorough patdowns
Routine patrols of the establishment
Conflict-resolution & prevention
Access Control/Crowd Control/Emergency Response/Regulation Enforcement
Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and monitor establishment activities
Ensuring patron and staff safety; Taking Notes; Writing Security Reports and Logs.
