Immediate Need for an Inside Sale Representative for Surrey location:
Qualifications required:
2-3 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge – Wire & Cable experience preferred
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties will include:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Provide support to other branches (wire and cable)
Customer service requests, order entry, pricing, order maintenance
Support Account Managers
Customer quotes
Deal product issues such as defective and returns
Any other duties that may be assigned
Inventory and order tracking
Updating and managing reports
