Key Duties
- Be a centre of influence & attract new talent
- Hire & build a strong team of brokers
- Handle day-to-day operations of the office
- Support daily EDI, ADI and edoc downloads into BMS
- Analyze & report production numbers of location
- Identify key areas & insurance trends in the province to support marketing
- Develop new business through client acquisitions
Ideal Candidate’s Qualifications
- Level II insurance license
- Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance lines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO EDMONTON, ALBERTA
