Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Smooth implementation of Internal Management System (IATF16949/ISO9001).

• Work with other departments to develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones.

• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies

• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits

• Manage QMS and ensure proper retention of records and documents.

• Create, update, and review QMS related documents, in collaboration with process owners.

• Chairs Management Review activities and preparation

• Provides training on quality system documentation

• Oversees the customer satisfaction and evaluation process

• Organize and manage internal and external audits for QMS and serves as the liaison with external auditing organizations.

• Manage the audit nonconformity database & provide detailed analysis of nonconformities

• Measures, monitors, and reports management KPIs and ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan

• Produce various reports and documentation as required.

• Other duties as assigned, this role supports the Stratford plant when needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Automotive experience in this role

• Preferred 3 years of experience in ISO, IATF, and document control standards

• Certified Lead Auditor preferred

• Good knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001,IATF

• Practical experience with written procedures and flowcharts based.

• Significant experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive

• Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive tools and techniques

• Ability to plan and conduct internal audits of management systems

• Ability to identify and rank significant environmental aspects and impacts

• Ability to develop Environmental Management Programs so that the environmental objectives and targets can be achieved • Ability to develop and implement corrective action tracking
