Inventory Control Administrator

If you are a team player and would like to work with a dynamic world of aviation, Geotech Aviation Ltd. in Holland Landing, Ontario is seeking to hire an Inventory Control Administrator with 1 to 3 years experience.
Responsibilities:
· Organizing and maintaining warehouse/inventory
· Purchasing and receiving
· Domestic and international shipping
· Liaising with accounts payable to settle accounts.
Competencies:
· Post-secondary education in business administration, purchasing, or a suitable equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Strong with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities to meet time sensitive deadlines and fluctuation demands.
· Proficiency in both word and excel,
· Communication skill, both written and verbal
· A high comfort level in making phone calls
· Knowledge of aircraft tracking software AMS is an asset
· Accounting background is an asset
· Detailed oriented with high degree of accuracy.
