As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting one of our Major Customers in relation with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams. You will be in charge of all system transactions as they relate to our Major Customer production, invoicing, shipments, as well as the inventory reconciliations between two different systems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile daily and monthly inventory transactions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing;
- Utilize ERP system to analyze inventories and update systems;
- Requires ability to extract and analyze data, and convert information into a usable format for invoicing;
- Work directly with plants and warehouses as it relates to the customer's transactions;
- Work directly with Sales and Finance teams regarding actuals, budgets and forecast;
- Lead Inventory contact on the Customer's contract with Sales rep;
- Work directly with the Customer regarding work order reconciliation and co-pack volume tracking;
- Resolve shortages, invoicing, product designation, and open order issues;
- Work with Plant Quality Managers regarding hold/release process;
- Lead the yearly physical inventory count requirements;
- Daily processing and reconciliation of raw material receipt.
- Ideally 3 years of experience in Inventory Control or Accounting;
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to gather data from ERP systems;
- Strong knowledge of inventory flows;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong computer skills including Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
- Proven team player, driven and results oriented.
