Earn while your learn! We are currently in the process of hiring our next cohort for our paid IT Apprentice Program for .net, JAVA, C++ skills. Our apprentices will be a part of an extensive fast paced training program with exposure to a variety of IT fundamentals. Apprentices will receive support and training from Managers and mentors through hands on training with the intention to lean new knowledge and develop new skills to build a successful career in IT with HCL.

Qualifications -

· Earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency during 2019-2022

OR

· Earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency during 2019-2022 and holds a technical certificate /short Diploma through college or a boot camp

OR

· Earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency during 2018-2022 and holds non-STEM associate Degree or Diploma

AND

· Interested in building an IT career with HCL

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work independently and part of a team

· Ability to provide clear and written communications
