Primary Objective of the Position:

IT Endpoint Administrator should be a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge in managing all aspects of the organizations endpoints.

Essential Position Functions:

• Have enterprise support experience in Endpoint Administration (Android, Apple[macOS/iOS], Linux & Windows).
• Manage Endpoint Deployment, Operating System Provisioning, Software Distribution & Patching.
• Manage endpoints via centralized management tools, such as SCCM, Intune & Group Policy.
• Maintain endpoint security and compliance.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations in Endpoint Management.
• Collaborate & share knowledge with team members.
• Create documentation for configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Maintains Helpdesk ticketing, inventory, and software licenses.
• Responds to Helpdesk requests by providing hardware and software support.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College/University Education in Computer/Networking Program.
• 3-5 Years of hands-on practical industry experience.
• Advanced level knowledge of SCCM Administration & Configuration.
• Advanced level knowledge of Deployment Tools, such as ADK, MDT, WDS & WSUS.
• Advanced level knowledge of Intune Administration and Configuration.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Manage Engine, PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Networking, Azure AD & Office 365.
• Demonstrates flexible thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills.
