THE PROJECT

This is a generic posting for multiple remote sites in the area. We are working hard to transform the camp experience and create a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for energetic, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate individuals to join our team and make our projects successful.

Make an Impact
The Janitorial Team is responsible for creating and maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level. As this is a large site, this position involves a great amount of walking, moving from rooms to rooms within the site.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness of camps and surrounding areas by: sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, washing windows, interior walls and ceilings vents; vacuuming and sanitizing all areas in camp including:-Main Entrances -Office areas -Utility Room -Gym -Recreation room -Washrooms -Laundry Room -And more
• Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitizing designated kitchen and dining areas
• Conduct site inspections
• Empty garbage daily, and disinfecting the containers
• Ensure health and safety regulations and quality standards are maintained
• Assist with checking inventories and cleaning supplies
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time.
• Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands.
• Work with arms above shoulder height.
