Job Summary

• Greet customers / technicians and assess their needs
• Answer telephone inquiries
• Order parts for customers and wholesale customers
• Back-up counter staff when required
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Type / Category

• Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Hourly Wage depending on experience
• Full-time Position

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in french and english (Asset)
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department
• One year of sales experience
• Professional personal appearance
• Working in a professional team environment
• Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Will be required to wear a dealership-provided uniform
• Must be reliable and self-motivated

Condition of employment

• All new hires must provide proof of double vaccination prior to hire
