WHAT'S THE JOB?

• Reporting to the lead hand you will work within a team to complete assemble, repair and wash access mats.
• Bolt, screw or otherwise fasten parts and components together using hand and power tools and equipment.
• Ensure production is completed within allotted time frame.
• Mark, record and report defects of material.
• Operate forklift as required, safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools; notify appropriate personnel if tools or equipment requires repair.
• Attend daily safety meetings and complete related paperwork.
• Operate in a safe manner and adhere to company safety standards.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, self-driven.
• Perform other duties as required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
• All related safety tickets;
• Ability to operate all hand and power tools required to perform specific tasks;
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, self-driven;
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner; and
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labour.
• No experience needed.
