Our client Planit Green Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Constructions Foreman. In this role you will lead and coordinate crew members, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. What we need from you

• Minimum 4 years of landscape construction experience (preference is given to those with prior supervisory experience)
• Time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Equipment maintenance skills
• Experience operating various types of equipment (skid steer and mini excavator are essential)
• Strong working knowledge in the following areas of landscape construction, including grading & drainage, precast pavers and retaining walls, concrete forming and finishing, ponds, rivers, and fountains, natural stone, and horticulture.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the completion of landscape construction projects.
• Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Position requires excellent record keeping (time tracking and material usage)
• Communicating openly and honestly
• Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality.
• Follow and enforce company policies for all on-site personnel.
• Carrying out advance construction tasks, delegate responsibilities/follow-up

This is a year-round, full-time, permanent position based out of Ancaster, Ontario. We have been building and expanding Planit Green Landscape & Design’s culture over the last 10 years to value teamwork, efficiency, and passion.
