Shift: Day, Afternoon & Night shifts available

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Follow policies and procedures and work within industry guidelines.
• Work with drill presses, grinders, saws, and other machine shop tools.
• Promptly respond to equipment related issues.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Millwright in the province of Ontario with 1-3 years’ experience (Licence 433).
• Must be willing to complete a practical trade test.
• Familiar with ESA regulations and H&S regulations.
• Demonstrated shop experience with various hand tools.
• Have basic knowledge of mechanical systems (rollers, bearings, and conveyors systems), pneumatics, hydraulics, metal fabrication, and machining.
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Welding skills is an asset.
• Experience with basic electrical is an asset.
• Previous experience as a Millwright, Millwright Apprentice, Maintenance Millwright, Maintenance Technician, Millwright Apprenticeship, Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, and Apprentice Millwright is an asset
