Office Manager/Receptionist Job at Basement Technologies Calgary
Construction company seeking experienced office manager for full-time employment. Successful candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including answering phone and email contacts, invoicing and bill payments, scheduling, coordinating with homeowners, builders and vendors, as well as special projects as assigned. Organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount here, in order to meet deadlines and our high standard of service. Previous experience in the construction industry, with Microsoft products, and SAGE50 accounting software, is preferred. As a first point of contact with Basement Technologies, the successful candidate will have amazing interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone with the experience to contribute to our company by problem solving and creating efficiencies as we settle into our new warehouse/office location in the Priddis area. Must be able to work independently at times, and willing to work and commute to, our rural location.
