Crispo Canada Inc. is looking for a highly efficient and motivated person to join our team! Our ideal applicant is organized enough to manage our online inventory, but creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our sales. Most importantly, our newest team-member must have the skills to adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of our business. If you like the energy of working with a fast-paced team, but the autonomy to manage your own day-to-day tasks, then this position is for you!

Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Complete online-account tasks. Including online sales order processing - through to invoicing.

· Manage e-commerce product inventory (across all vendor platforms) this includes working with the office team to support running changes.

· Support and lead the coordination of digital marketing projects. Including creating/managing social media content and creating promotional materials for the Crispo sales team to circulate to our customers.

· Office support by providing general customer service. This includes providing professional and knowledgeable advice to all our customers, sales team, and online vendor partners (through multiple communication channels).

· Provide input on strategic decisions to help grow the business.

· Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.

· Able to multitask daily responsibilities, combined with special projects

· Can exercise diplomacy in dealing with customers, always focusing on providing the best customer experience.

· A self-starter, who operates with high efficiency.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Business and Marketing experience is an asset.

· Responsible, dependable, and works well both in a team environment and autonomously.
