Outlook Dairy Queen is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Outlook Dairy Queen that is expected to be opening in June 2023. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in recruitment, training and development and performance management.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
• Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:

• Possess 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including Managerial experience.
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
• Ability to fulfil physical job requirements including manual labour.
• Strong leadership skills that align with DQ’s values.
• Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
