MASX is hiring Part-Time Insurance Office Assistant who can work from home in Ontario.
Our team is expanding, and we’re searching for a detail-oriented and personable insurance office assistant to keep us organized! Job seekers should be organized professionals who bring a positive, problem-solving energy to the office. This is a part-time, work at home opportunity, possibly leading to full time.
Responsibilities:
- Answering all emails and phone calls
- Filling Out forms
- Directing customer inquiries as needed
- Processing paperwork
- Schedule appointments
- Booking service to complete project
- Creating invoices, quotes and contracts for all clients
- Ordering products for clients
- Other basic administrative work
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Skills including use of Word, Excel and Outlook - MUST
- Living in Ontario - MUST
- Salesforce experience - MUST
- Perfect English, Speaking, Reading and Writing
- An additional language skill that is beneficial: Tamil
- Currently NOT working as a full time employee for other employer (part-time is ok)

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
