Job Summary

The Morris Group of Companies is quickly growing and therefore is seeking to fill a permanent part-time Receptionist position at our newest dealership - Best Vehicles Canada - Calgary. This position requires a great deal of customer service, administration, and accounting duties. The right candidate would be responsible for the professional and efficient management of visitors, consumers, telephone calls, and messages. If this sounds like you – we’d like to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers with a positive attitude and a friendly manner ensuring optimum customer service.
  • Answers incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently and directs them to the correct departments.
  • Maintains knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
  • Handles dissatisfied customers with integrity and poise and understands to refer them to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
  • Manages correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Assists with accounting tasks such as processing payments and cash-out procedures.
  • Assists with tracking office supplies and placing orders when necessary
  • Assists with website tasks
  • Assists Executive Team as needed with administrative tasks
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and time management
  • Professional and mature working with fast-paced teams of Sales and Accounting executives
  • Professionalism in both written and oral communication
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and be detail-oriented
  • Be an organized and efficient team leader with attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis
  • Hold a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
  • 2-3 years of previous administrative experience required
  • Post-Secondary education preferred
  • 1-year previous Customer Service experience is preferred
