Harmony Jewellers is a family owned business with stores located in downtown Grimsby and downtown Dunnville, Ontario. We are 40 years strong and continue to provide our clients with outstanding quality service.

Harmony Jewellers specializes in quality diamonds, estate jewellery, fine watches and custom made jewellery. Harmony Jewellers also offers full appraisal services for insurance purposes and estate settlements. With two Goldsmiths and a Watchmaker on staff, Harmony Jewellers provides a wide range of personalized services for their clients such as custom made jewellery, jewellery repair/restoration, and watch repair and restoration.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting sales goals, along with consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Being the first point of contact when customers walk in the door
• Assisting customers with merchandise inquires and sales
• Performing weekly cleaning duties
• Participating in ongoing sales training

Candidates must have the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of sales experience (retail preferred but not a must)
• Previous retail jewellery experience an asset
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A professional, positive, self-motivated and energetic personality

The store is open Monday through Saturday and the successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
