We're looking for a full-time Parts Advisor who is interested in working in the Automotive industry. DUTIES: The successful candidate will:

• Politely and promptly greet customers as they arrive at the dealership call in by phone.
• Efficiently and correctly facilitate parts inquiries over the phone
• Handle ICBC estimates, sublets and claims (Glass & Collision)
• Promote sales of appropriate parts, accessories and tires.
• Perform weekly bin checks
• Complete and daily orders, Process parts invoices and collect payment.
• Work independently and as a team in a fast pace, high stress environment
• Perform general shipping/receiving, restocking shelves
• Provide our customers and technicians with the correct parts quickly
• Perform additional duties as instructed by Parts Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: The Successful candidate will have:

• Excellent sales and communications skills
• Fluency in English, a second language would be considered an asset
• Must have (2) years of experience as a dealership parts advisor
• Tires Sales knowledge and the ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
• Working knowledge of Quorum, Snap-on, must learn new operating systems quickly
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, type more than 50 words per/min
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Class 5 Driver license
