We are looking for a high-energy, friendly, and versatile Parts Counter Person to join our team! You will be focused on our Accessory, Retail and Wholesale customers using your experience and passion to provide the best service around.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our customers and sales team to quote, sell and when necessary, arrange installation of accessories.
  • Use a variety of electronic and manual catalogs look up and quote parts.
  • Maintain pricing in paper and online quoting tools.
  • Review requested parts and recommend associated items and services at time of quote or sale.
  • Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Order special order parts and maintain proper quantities of stocked parts.
  • Track, manage and problem solve current and back-order parts orders with our Vendors.
  • Gather special order and in-stock parts from the warehouse to fill orders.
  • Invoice orders and collect payment.
  • Continually learn about new products and services through formal and informal training.


Needs Skills, Abilities and Experience

  • 1 – 3 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and have a safe driving history.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A cool head and a sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts.
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Dealer Management Systems for quotes and invoices, Electronic Parts Catalogs, web-based applications, simple spreadsheets, etc. Experience with CDK, is considered an asset but don’t worry, we can train you.
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting items up to 50lbs and standing for long periods of time.
  • Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered
  • an asset.
