Job Duties:

• Responsible for the preparation of the parts deliveries including reviewing all invoices, preparation of deliver orders and load the vehicle in delivery sequence.
• Transports parts to and from wholesale accounts and other dealerships. Delivery route is both local and out of town.
• Ensures the parts vehicle is prepared daily for use and maintains driver bin in a clean and orderly fashion.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Customer relationship skills, including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve difficult customer complaints.
• Organized and detail orientated.
• Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
• Ability to work independently and take self-initiative
• Must have driver's licence and clean drivers abstract strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
• Basic computer skills.
