We were established in 1996 and have employees that have just been hired and those that have celebrated their 20 year anniversary. As one of the largest leading Aesthetic Medical Clinics in Canada, we set the standards for ethical, non-surgical cosmetic enhancements.

Necessary skills:

• A great attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Full time availability with at least one weekend day

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Greeting patients
• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Taking payments
• Educate patients on medical aesthetic treatments and skin care products
• Update medical charts'

Skills that are an asset but not mandatory:

• Administrative
• Sales
• Call Centre
• 2nd language such as Mandarin is a bonus
