We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our Personal Lines Customer Service Team. The Personal Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities within the department. Reporting to the Director of Personal Lines, the Supervisor will assist with overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Assist manager with company audits i.e.: running reports and pulling files.
• Responsible for daily auditing within the service department.
• Dealing with front-line escalations within the department.
• Oversee daily workflow management, ensuring tasks are being completed and the department is on track.
• Responsible for managing KPIs and ensuring that the department is hitting targets.
• Work collaboratively with the manager to improve work processes and workflows.
• Coach, lead, and support customer support representatives with day-to-day activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What would make you a good fit?

• Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license (mandatory requirement)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a team lead or supervisory role in an insurance call center or brokerage environment is required.
• Ability to work on-site at our Vaughan office location.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
• Exceptional customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
