Pure Integrative Pharmacy is looking for Pharmacy Manager. We are seeking a person that can provide outstanding customer service and assist our clients in taking control of their health. You will be responsible for:

• Practicing within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics
• Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management
• Promoting health and wellness and educate customers and as appropriate, engage with customers both in and outside the store
• Maintaining records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
• Providing timely and positive resolutions and advice to customer needs

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
• Good working knowledge of Kroll (preferred), Pharmacare and Third-Party billing policies
• Experience with medication reviews
• Experience in Compounding and Integrative Pharmacy is an asset
• Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and perform multiple tasks with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and results orientated
• Able to work effectively within the organisation to establish relationships, build trust and influence appropriately to drive performance through learning
• Leadership and/or management experience (creating staff schedules, conducting performance review and responsibility of the overall success of a store)
