Pressure Welder Job at Combustion Solutions Inc.
Combustion Solutions Inc. is an ASME boiler and pressure vessel fabricator located in Squamish, BC considered the recreation capital of Canada, about 45min away from Vancouver and Whistler.
We are looking for talented welders for pressure vessel and pressure piping work. The candidate must have worked as a pipe or vessel welder and be competent in producing xray quality welds. We use FCAW, GTAW and SMAW processes for in position and roll welding.
Requirements - one of the following:
- Journeyman Welder Certificate of Qualification issued by the Industry Training Authority of British Columbia; or
- Registered A or B Level Certificate of Qualification for welding (with or without Red Seal) issued by the Industry Training Authority of British Columbia; or
- Journeyman Welder Certification of Qualification from another jurisdiction - eg B pressure welder from AB.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $65.00-$75.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Squamish, BC V8B 0E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
