Our client in the property management industry has an opening for a Property Management Administrative Assistant for their Vancouver office. Their main focus is on clients and employees. Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Wage: $47,000 - $50,000 per year
Location: Vancouver, BC with hybrid opportunity available after probation period (on rotation of 2 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Property Manager with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar, booking travel, and preparing for Board and strata meetings
- Client service and assisting with customer inquiries
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail and arranging couriers
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Head Office including maintenance of offices, office equipment and telephones
- Photocopying, filing, faxing, stuffing envelopes and other reception and administration duties
- Maintaining and updating various databases
- Drafting correspondence
- Editing meeting minutes
- Preparing various lists (owner and tenant information) and documents on a regular and as needed basis
- Arranging teleconferences, meetings and some special functions (arranging for catering, making coffee, tea, clean-up, etc.)
- Assisting Strata Manager and Client services
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of office administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a large volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM
- Has a "do what it takes" attitude to meet tight deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment
- Proven efficiency in Excel and Word
- Hard working attitude
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be considered an asset
- Strata license not required
