In this role you will be managing multiple lines of communication from phone, emails and mail, managing filing, as well as maintaining office equipment and stationery. - Pay rate: $18-$21 /hour
- Location: Winnipeg, MB
- Shifts: Monday-Friday| 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1 Month
- Assist with the answering of phones, receiving mail and answering questions
- Attending Visitors and Colleagues
- Filing and other admin duties
- Maintain office equipment, managing office stationery
- Follow all instructions and guidelines to complete work tasks
- Understand policies and procedures of the company and relay to visitors and clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Communication skills; must be outgoing and willing to converse with clients, visitors and colleagues.
- Previous receptionist experience working with multiple lines, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Clear Criminal Background
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
