Receptionist/Customer Service Job at Avalon Event Rentals

Avalon Event Rentals Vernon, BC

This position is an inside sales and customer service professional who assists clients in planning events, performs order entry and cultivates long term customer relationships. This individual interacts with the public face to face, via the phone and by e-mail and must have excellent verbal and written skills.

On a day to day basis this individual will answer phones, enter orders into the reservation system, and assist customers in our showroom.

You will work with other team members and it is a full time job, 5 days a week. The position is available immediately and is located in our Vernon office.

This postion will be asked to assist in other areas of the business including smallwares, order preperation, and cleaning of rental items. You may also assit in the loading and unloading of customer vehicles.

You possess a positive attitude, have an enthusiastic personality and want to work as part of a team working in a fast paced, long established family business, we want to talk.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
