Job Description

We are an established appliance repair company with commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the GTA area. We are currently looking to hire a Refrigerant technician, with the ability to work independently. We would like a candidate that would fit in with our team’s core values and approach to providing quality technician and customer service.

Responsibilities

· Installation of compressors

· Service, Installation, and Maintenance experience

· Demonstrate technician, electrical, and mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic ability

· Complete work ordered with relevant information

· Technical and analytical trouble-shooting skills

· Maintain professionalism in appearance and attitude

· Quick and efficient

· Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial refrigeration equipment

· Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred

· Able to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed, or travel for training purposes

The Successful candidate must have:

· Own tools and equipment

· Valid G license and ownership of vehicle

· ODP License

· Ability to read and write in English

· G1, G2, G3 is an asset but not required

· Must be available to work overtime and participate in the on-call rotation

· Able to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed, or travel for training purposes

Pay to be Discussed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• driver's license (required)
• refrigeration license (preferred)

Work Location: In person
