Regional Sales and Operations Manager Role (Winnipeg, Brandon, Thunder Bay and Timmins area- home store will be in Winnipeg, so living in Winnipeg area is a must)

The objective is to create sales driven store level teams, through strategically training all store Managers, and holding them accountable to all Corporate Objectives.

• Ensure customer satisfaction consistently happens in each store
• Manage area wage cost through effectively training each manager on scheduling
• Training and Development are to be monitored and followed up on at all levels
• Effective Networking, Recruitment and Succession Planning is occurring in each store
• That our Loss Prevention standards are trained thoroughly and adhered to at all levels
• Visual presentation standards are maintained throughout area consistently
• That there is an area successor identified and being trained on an ongoing basis to move into the role at all times
• Ensure that each store has developed and follows a structured business plan
• Fosters an entrepreneurial spirit by ensuring that each store is working towards building the brand
• Has a ‘can do’ attitude/ is open to building the business through the use of Best Practices
