Regional Sales Manager Job at Recrutement Performance
We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our client who is a well established company located in the Crysler area.
Permanent full time position.
Daily tasks:
- Lead and communicate an annual business plan for the region;
- Manage the segmentation of the region's clientele and customer profile;
- Apply the company's global strategies in the region ;
- Manage staff and monitor and analyze the performance and objectives of its employees.
- Act as a leader in the region by training and encouraging his team to recognize opportunities ;
- Develop, monitor and achieve budgets;
- Continually seek opportunities to improve service and be more responsive to the needs of the community;
- Conduct recruitment and succession planning for the region;
- Visit major accounts;
- Make recommendations on the operational efficiency of the region ;
- Predict the impact that business decisions, market trends and changes can have on the company.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset;
- Software proficiency is required;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to influence, persuade and initiate required changes;
- Listening skills and interpersonal skills;
- Action and results-oriented client approach.
