Qualifications
· Post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
· May consider certification in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
· 2-5 years' experience in a similar role or industry;
· Exceptional organization, decision making and problem solving abilities;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Maximo, SAP, PI, and Auto CAD;
· Orientation towards maintenance planning and mechanical maintenance systems;
· Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
· Strong Leadership and communication skills;
· Performance management experience;
· Kraft/Pulp Mill experience preferred, not essential;
· Experience with Maximo, SAP, PI, and Auto CAD considered an asset
· Experience working in a unionized environment considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
