Vivid Tours is growing and looking to add an amazing reservations specialist to our already INCREDIBLE team!

Drawing on a decade of experience within the tourism industry and our passion for the Okanagan wine and beer culture, Vivid Tours provides a distinctive offering of experiences. Job description

Responsibilities

• Processing new reservations / confirming changes to existing reservations
• Creating daily reservations / itineraries at wineries
• Answering phone calls from customers about available wine tour packages and making appropriate recommendations
• Interacting with customers to answer questions about rates, special offers, or other topics related to their wine tours
• Reviewing and updating information in computer reservation system
• Responding to guest emails related to booking inquiries or existing reservations
• Obtaining payment from customers for reservations made over the phone

Experience

• Customer service or hospitality: 1 year (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Upbeat and energetic personality!

Job Type: Full time (40 hours / week)

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Signing bonus: $500

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
