Amped is hiring full-time positions for Rod Rig Drillers on our Rod Rigs. This position will be based out of Sylvan Lake/ Red Deer area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain all pieces of equipment.

· Effectively assist other members of the crew, Aid the Rig Manager in overseeing all well rig process.

· Understanding the job scope, potential hazards, rules and regulations and equipment considerations.

· Handle rods/bottom hole assemblies, and specialty equipment.

· Participate in daily/monthly safety meetings and equipment inspections.

· Other duties as required.

Requirements:

· Position related safety tickets (First Aid Certification, H2S, CSO).

· Class 1 or 3 License; current Drivers Abstract.

· Perform physically demanding tasks .

· Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
