JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a professional and self-driven Sales Agent for the GTA area. The ideal candidate will have some construction and renovation knowledge along with some sales experience. The Sales Agent will be in charge of closing the sales of the leads we provide, and also generating new leads. You'll be working directly with home owners, matching their renovation needs with our services and products. This role is fully commission based, remote with flexible hours so you can work at your own pace. Hard work will be recognized and generously rewarded. Our clients will be located locally in the Greater Toronto Area, and the sales agent may need to have accessibility to meet up with the client in person if it is necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Construction & renovation knowledge is an asset
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to close
- A personable and professional demeanor
- Dedicated to providing quality service
- Driver’s license & own a reliable vehicle
- Positive attitude
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
