This is a remote position. Ideal candidates will be in the Vancouver, BC or surrounding area to be able to attend training and occasional team meetings in person.

This is a very lucrative position for the right candidate, with a 1k base and flat commission structure of $150 USD per each closed call, uncapped. PLUS very lucrative monthly Bonuses.

We are The Modern Millionaires, an agency that works with course creators to help scale their programs - everything from marketing and sales, to adverting and tech. Our clients currently have courses in their ecosystem that teach people how to start Marketing Agencies, Airbnb biz, Amazon stores, How to Publish on Amazon, and more.

We are experts in online marketing and sales, and provide a highly regarded program for our clients that allows them to achieve their goals. We are looking for an experienced sales person who can be our Appointment Setter - reach out to warm leads (those who have signed up on our website, attended a webinar, or expressed interest in our product through other means), help them better understand our product and services, and get them signed up for a meeting with our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Connecting with individuals who have signed up to our newsletters, webinars, etc and introducing them to our services, and assisting in developing referrals and new client leads.
  • Conducting follow-up calls with past inbound bookings and no-shows.
  • Building solid relationships with potential clients by maintaining contact and follow ups prior to scheduled appointments.
  • Maintaining awareness of where you are in relation to your targets: actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on track).
  • Updating the CRM, ensuring deals are in the right stage, and that data is accurate and daily notes are captured.
  • Creating daily follow-up tasks for the day’s deals that could potentially be a fit.
  • Attending all team meetings via zoom, 8:30 am PST Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Being proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls and any reasons why you aren’t hitting your numbers.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year sales or telemarketing experience.
  • 1 year of CRM experience.

Calling and Closing Targets:

  • Set-up 100 Booked appointments per month (approximately 5 / day) through organic & outbound marketing methods.
  • Achieve a min 25% closing ratio on booked appointments ( 1 out of 5 appointments get closed by the advisor )

Financial Targets (subject to change)

  • Achieve $100k in NEW cash collected monthly at a minimum. (This goal represents 25 closed sets, with an average cash collected of $4k per sale).
