Sales Representative Job at 3 Step Recruitment
Our client an agricultural equipment distributor headquartered in Alliston is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join their team.
Please note, this role requires being on call once a month on weekends and after hours.
The Parts Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for parts customers and will provide exceptional customer service. The Representative will provide consultation to customers and will maintain knowledge on all product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and order parts.
- Take order for parts by telephone, retail counter or via email.
- Provide parts information and help customers select parts.
- Search parts and research the availability of certain parts.
- Organize orders and assist with physical inventory.
- All other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Knowledge and experience with parts is an asset.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Ability to problem solve and stay organized.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to utilize a computer and MS Office.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
