Service Advisor Job at MUSKOKA NISSAN
Muskoka Nissan is looking for an outgoing and friendly person to fill our Service Advisor role! The successful candidate will be working one-on-one with customers to meet their service and repair needs on their vehicles. We offer in-house training and support, while you develop extensive product knowledge and work with our amazing service team! No experience required!
About Us:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to,
· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, documenting and addressing customer concerns, and recommend necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts, and an accessories
· Provide estimates as needed
· Maintain consistent contact with the customer and ensure their vehicle has been washed, and is ready before they pick up
· Discuss repairs with technicians and keep updated on the status of vehicles
· Arrange alternate transportation for customers while their vehicle is being serviced
· Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on ordered parts and open work orders
· Handle calls regarding technical and service-related inquiries
· Handle sales transactions, prepayments, and deposits
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Customer service experience preferred
· Service Advisor experience is not required
· Strong computer skills
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· Results-oriented
· Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanour
· Superior organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
