About the role: We are currently seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team in early preparation for a busy spring and summer (8AM-5PM shift, Monday to Friday). The Service Advisor will assist in the daily duties of the Service Department. This is fast-paced and dynamic position that involves communicating with customers, quoting maintenance and repair, writing work orders, and dispatching work to the technicians. We offer:

- Has superior customer service skills and a welcoming phone manner
- Is very comfortable working with computers (dealership module, email, Microsoft office, etc.)

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a trailer, automotive, or similar environment, preferably in a service capacity
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to sit and stand for periods of time
