We are seeking a Shift Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. The Shift Manager will oversee the daily food preparation, cooking anwell as supervising staff and managing the restaurant schedule. This position will work closely with management and kitchen personnel to monitor inventory and provide customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with a quick smile and friendly attitude.
- Organize staff schedule.
- Train new employees.
- Report stock and equipment shortages.
