Hours of Work:

Typical work week is Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (+/-) on days and 3:30pm- 12:00 am (+/-) on afternoons. Alternating Saturday (11:00am-5:00pm) (+/-) /Sunday shift (8:00am-4:00 pm) and ability to work overtime when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Maintain sales orders, intercompany transfers and attach trade items to orders.
• Ensure all receiving, inbound and outbound, documents are in order.
• Keep the cooler and back yard clean and organized.
• Operate a forklift, hand jack, truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store good.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Complete daily forklift inspections
• Responsible for finding the product for each order and building orders as required.
• Checks for damaged goods, verifies quantity and quality of order, verifies items received against purchase order, and receives material using internal scanning system.
• Perform general NAV functions (training available).
• Send and Receive IC transfers.
• FIFO check.
• Focuses on Health and Safety as well as Food Safety practices and procedures.
• Comprehends and administers all relevant policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience

● Must be able to work independently and as part of team

● We are looking for those with the initiative to work hard and learn our processes

Physical Abilities:

● Employee must be able to lift 80lbs

● Employee must be able to bend, lift and twist

● Employee must be physically fit to operate a Forklift
