What are the perks of choosing this role at Rezplast ? • Permanent full-time position; work schedule from Monday to Friday • Competitive salary & Performance incentive program • Full benefits coverage (dental, medical, etc.) Work equipment provided • Retirement plan with a company match • Private, family-owned company with a solid infrastructure • Pleasant daily work environment • Caring for each other and having fun are part of our core values! • A company that promotes diversity and inclusion Opportunity for career advancement and development; a growing company! • Employee recognition program (years of service) Some of the responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk include: • Order Processing, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving • Accurately assess the condition of stock to be shipped and regularly verify that the quality of the outgoing products meet Company standards • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory. • Performing Inventory Cycle Counts and Inventory Management • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. • Ability to review pick sheets based on customer orders and picking products for each order • Miscellaneous labor requirements: sample extraction, repairing damaged goods, labelling requirements for all inventory • Communicating changes such as product damaged during warehousing, movement of product from one location to another • Understands and follows all health, safety, security and environmental requirements • Packaging, repackaging and blending operations, movement of product from one unit of measure to another • Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections • Keep the warehouse organized and tidy and follow general housekeeping practices to maintain workplace cleanliness. • Assist Production Team as required and directed for support Qualifications / Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced distribution environment dealing with carriers, suppliers, internal and external customers • Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds • Able to work days, afternoons, overtime and occasional weekends • Good organizational and communication skills. • Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience in working and promoting a safe work environment • Emergency response training /incident command experience preferred • Fork Lift operation certifications would be an asset.
