If you possess:

• Red seal automotive technician certificate
• Management or Fleet Management Experience
• Experience as a Shop Foreman/Lead Technician
• A desire to work for the best and give the same in return
• A solid work background
• General Motors ASEP or dealership experience would be an asset but not necessary

Shop Foreman Job Duties include:

• Assess the reasonableness for straight time or diagnosis time to be allowed upon completion of the repairs.
• Strictly control all warranty service up sell.
• Properly route comeback repairs to the appropriate technician.
• Road test vehicles that have been flagged by the tower for additional diagnosis.
• Understand and enforce the requirements for warranty administration detailed in the GM Service Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Establish shop practices and procedures.
• Evaluate technician skills and make recommendations for training and growth.
• Reinspection of vehicles to ensure quality control of repairs and failed components.
