Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal and hard-working professional drivers with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill several positions of Snowplow Truck Driver in Dubreuilville, Ontario. These are full-time seasonal positions with the potential for year-round employment. The position comes with competitive wages, a pension, and a benefits package.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate company equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, including greasing and cleaning.
• Record vehicle information accurately and legibly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• A valid Class DZ license is a must.
• Experience driving a plow truck is an asset.
• AZ license is an asset.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• The ability to operate a plow truck and experience in winter works operations is an asset however training will be provided as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and management on site.
• Good physical condition with the capability of repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in inclement weather.
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers.
• Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, and Human Resources policies.

Work Conditions:

• The schedule can be discussed – 12 hrs per day 7-day operation
