Spa Manager Job at Minty's Massage & Wellness
Our company is seeking a Spa Manager to manage the operations and day-to-day activities of our spa. A highly qualified candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and esthetics. We are a rapidly growing small business with a team of 20 wonderful employees and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, organization, and helping a business grow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff.
- Manage the spa's daily operations.
- Payroll reports.
- Scheduling.
- Inventory and product orders.
- Conflict resolution.
- Basic bookkeeping.
- Organization of various documents.
- Hiring when needed.
- Updating our booking system when needed (Jane Booking).
- Other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
