Spot Welder Job at S&S Instant Jobs Inc.
One of our clients in Concord is looking for a full time permanent spot welder who is capable of setting up and operating spot welding machine
Role & Responsibilities:
- Setup/operate Press/Spot Welding machines
- Supervise multiple welding cells
- Must have ability to build welding jigs from schematics
- Inspect parts for deficiencies
Qualifications:
- 5 years Experience working in a wire shop producing retail displays
- Previous spot/press welding production or manufacturing experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive movements for the entirety of a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understand basic written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Must be able to work and operate general shop equipment used to cut, form and weld parts
- Some Mig welding experience would be an asset
- Forklift license a definite asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Concord, ON L4K 2W9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Spot Welding: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
