The team ensures on set styling is industry leading and consistently answers to the design & brand vision. We are a collaborative team responsible for creating elevated style standards for the Lululemon brand. We are experts in industry trend and brings a unique point-of-view to athletic styling that allows lululemon’s personality to shine through.

We are experts in industry trend and brings a unique point-of-view to athletic styling that allows lululemon’s personality to shine through.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Exit & audit product
- Upkeep closet sample organization
- Organize & lead SOS check-in meetings
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to support styling team on ongoing projects
- Proxy for other support team members when needed if they are out of office
- Collaborate with the Vancouver Styling Sample Coordinator and Los Angeles Styling Assistant
- Support in sample ordering for the upcoming seasons
- Support in obtaining sample HODS and host fittings with talent for weeklies and campaigns
- Complete additional sample ordering to support campaign and weeklies shoot prep
- Pull, prep and ship global campaigns, local weeklies & campaign shoots
- Track shipments & problem solve expediting if needed
- Support on occasional social requests
- Support styling team by obtaining product photos, dressing mannequins for styling deck work
- Occasionally pick up footwear or lululemon store pulls for shoot prep
- Support stylists and senior stylists with retouching notes and obtaining PDP swatches
- Own go backs, laundry, retagging, returns, footwear on post shoot organizations
- Comprehensive knowledge of our product, including fabric, form, & function
- Styling assistant experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge around our products and their technical features; lululemon store experience is a plus
- Aptitude for working efficiently and keeping pace with a super fast-moving team
- Comfortable with tackling and prioritizing a dynamic workload
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and extremely organized
- Able to work through multiple projects at the same time
- Takes initiative in multi-tasking and problem solving through roadblocks
