Description de tâches :
- Assister et superviser les opérations quotidiennes du service à la clientèle.
- Prendre en charge 5 personnes ou plus du service à la clientèle et/ou du personnel de bureau.
- Dépannage pour les clients directement ou indirectement à tout moment.
- Assister et superviser toutes les fonctions de service à la clientèle dont l'acceptation et le traitement de commandes par tous les moyens de communication ;
- Le suivi des commandes en transit ; les demandes de POD des clients ; Fonctions d'OS&D et de réclamation de transport ; maintenance des informations sur l'assurance et la conformité du transporteur ; Rapports EDI ponctuels et TMS client ; vérifications des rendez-vous ; réservations intermodales et toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Supervision du personnel du service à la clientèle pour assurer l'exécution de toutes les tâches connexes indiquées ci-dessus. Répartition de la charge de travail en fonction des besoins en personnel.
- Remontée quotidienne des informations à la haute direction et sous forme de rapport spécifique et ou sur demande.
- En collaboration avec le groupe des opérations, responsable de s'assurer que tous les problèmes de transport sont signalés aux clients en temps opportun et de manière efficace, et que les suivis requis se poursuivent jusqu'à ce que les problèmes soient résolus.
Job Description :
- Support and supervise day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department. At various times, responsible for the workloads of 5 or more customer service contacts and/or clerical staff.
- Troubleshooting for clients either directly or indirectly at all times.
- Support and supervise all customer service functions included but not limited to the following: the acceptance and processing of all orders through all means of communication; the tracing of orders while in transit; customer POD requests; OS&D and transport claim functions; maintenance of carrier insurance and compliance information; Intermodal bookings; filing; and all other related tasks.
- Supervision of customer service staff to ensure the completion of all related tasks noted above. Distribution of workload as it pertains to staff requirements.
- Reporting of information to upper management on a daily basis and in specific report form on request.
- In conjunction with operations group, responsible for ensuring that all transportation issues are reported to customers in a timely and efficient manner, and that required follow-ups continue until issues are resolved.
